We've kept this lean because a lot of the groundwork is already done. Logos, fonts and colours are sorted from the Bayleys brand kit we already have. What we need from you is some people and area photos, a quick check over the agent list, Meta page access and a short form. That's it.
Once we have the lot, we're into strategy build in Week 1 and launching in Week 2.
We've got all of this covered from the other Bayleys offices we look after.
We've got the Bayleys brand locked in, so logos, fonts and colour files are all sorted. The main thing we're after is agent headshots and any area or lifestyle shots you have of St Heliers and the Eastern Bays. Drop them into the folder below.
A shared OneDrive folder set up just for Bayleys St Heliers. Bookmark it so you can keep adding to it over time. The more we have to work with, the better the content.

Any shots you have of St Heliers, the waterfront, Rangitoto, Mission Bay or the wider area. Doesn't need to be professional, just anything that feels like the neighbourhood.
We've pulled together the agent list from what we can see online. Have a read through and flag anything that's out of date. Missing a social handle? Wrong number? Someone not listed? Note it in the onboarding form and we'll get it sorted before anything goes live.
Names, phones and emails let us reference the right person in every post. Social handles mean we can tag agents directly on Instagram and Facebook when we feature their listings or spotlight their sales. If a handle is missing, we can't tag them, so worth adding if you've got it.

If anyone's missing, if a handle has changed, or if there are agents who've moved on, note it in the form on the About Your Office page. We'll update our records before anything goes live.
We'll be sorting Meta access directly with Cristelle. Nothing you need to do here. We're just flagging it so you know it's on the list and being taken care of.
We'll reach out to Cristelle to get the Facebook Page and Instagram access sorted through Meta Business Manager. Once that's approved, we can start scheduling content, tracking performance and managing everything from one place. We'll give you a heads up once access is confirmed.
And because Instagram is already linked to Facebook, approving the page request covers both.
